My pain
is carried
on wind-swept clouds
My tears
in a swan's sparkling trail
My heart
is held
in a blue mountain's curve
My soul
in the song of the dawn

The old season ends
take from it wisdom;
a new age begins
take from it courage;
the future is unknown
take from it trust.
Each new day
is a lesson to be learned.
